1. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Site and must exit immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights All content on this Site including but not limited to proprietary chip architecture diagrams, 3D renders, benchmark data, white papers, slogans, trade dress, and the Memstak logo is the exclusive property of Memstak. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, patent, or proprietary technical detail without the prior written permission of Memstak. You acknowledge that the architectural concepts of stacked cache and the specific density and performance metrics presented are trade secrets and the proprietary intellectual property of Memstak.


3. Use Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct This Site is provided for informational and business development purposes only. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or digitally dissect any technical diagrams, animations, or logic architectures presented on the Site. You may not utilize any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose, including training AI models or competitive intelligence gathering. Providing false professional information, company affiliations, or contact details through our inquiry forms is strictly prohibited. You may not use the information on this Site to develop a competing product or to provide an unauthorized comparison study.


4. Technical Benchmarks and As-Is Disclaimer All performance claims regarding speed and density are based on internal simulations and silicon proven testing in specific, controlled environments.
